The Story...

Penso sia il momento di provare a raccontarvi le emozioni e la storia di un evento irripetibile: Il Campionato Europeo.

La storia di un evento da me sempre sognato per il quale ringrazio chi lo ha trasformato da desiderio a realta: Ondra Sedivy & Jan Kordovsky per tutti Sheda & Korda.

Penso che queste due persone abbiano fatto tanto per tutti. E'giusto dirgli Grazie.

Grazie anche a tutti quelli che lavorano nell'ombra e che hanno reso l'evento possibile. Grazie Ragazzi.

Ma passiamo al contest.

Per dirvi quanto fossi impaziente di cominciare, arrivai a Praga il Martedi...e la gara era Sabato.

L'attesa cresceva e quando arrivo il momento...entrai nel luogo dell evento: Il Roxy Club - La discoteca piu incredibile di Praga.

Arrivai nella sala e fu incredibile: era enorme...tutte le bandiere appese sui muri...l'europeo stava per cominciare.

Erano presenti rappresentanti da tutta Europa e da tutto il Mondo (Islanda & Australia comprese!)

Si respirava un atmosfera unica. Incredibile.

Era stato invitato come Mc dell evento il mitico Pat Cuartero di New York City...

Pat rese l'evento da subito incredibile, ma era ora di gareggiare.

Io personalmente dovevo passare il minuto di freestyle, impresa sempre difficile...mi preouccupavano le luci del palco..super intense.

Avevo nella routine un trick in cui guardavo il soffitto, un trick complesso...

Quello fu la causa della mia esclusione...

Sul palco tentai di farlo ma mi abbagliai, cambiai freestyle, ma ormai avevo compromesso il tutto.

Questo mi fara sicuramente migliorare, pensare.

Ma fermarsi ai preliminari dopo che ti pronosticano in alto, è stata dura. Molto.

Un altro Italiano si distingue, Lorenzo Sabatini.

Colui che mi ha spinto a migliorare tantissimo in questi anni si aggiudica il titolo europeo in 3A.

L'Italia inizia bene...

Finisce la prima giornata di competizioni, con mega party privato...incredibile.

Incredibile avere nella stessa sala il Mondo. Questo è Incredibile.

Parlare con un amico Russo, poi con un amico di New York...

Ma passiamo al:

GIORNO 2 - Finali - ROXY CLUB - PRAGA

Il giorno delle finali inizio verso le 11 di mattina, con le finali di tutti gli Stili...aspettando LO STILE: l'1A.

Fu anche il momento della 4A - Offstring.

Lorenzo "Ciccia" Sabatini era pronto a provarci, era favorito.

Freestyle immenso, merrori, è purtroppo secondo posto...

Finche arrivò la FINALE.

L'attesa era nell aria, il club pienissimo.

Freestyle di altissimo livello, un po di rammarico...

Lorenzo Sabatini fa il panico, gli dico "tu sei sul podio" lui: "ma che dici..."

Vashek Kroutil fa il panico ma sbaglia, cambia yoyo, sembra finita.

Come se non bastasse il suo rivale per il titolo, Il campione Polacco Gacek, strabilia tutti, un freestyle da paura.

Subito dopo le finali c'e stata una gara nuova, il campionato di 3X3 Battle.

Una sorta di sfida fra team, stile breakdance.

Che dire, il terzetto composto da Me, Lorenzo Sabatini e Simone Capurro si arrende solo in finale a Vashek Kroutil, al campione del mondo Kentaro Kimura e alla leggenda Jason Lee...

Grazie a tutti gli Italiani. Grazie Ragazzi!

I think it's time to try to tell you the emotions and the story of an amazing event: The European Championship.

The story of an event that I always dreamed, for which I thank those who have turned from desire to reality: Ondra Sedivy & Jan Kordovsky for all Sheda & Korda.

Thanks also to all those who work in the shadows and made the event possible.

But let's talk of the contest. To tell you how I was impatient to start, I arrived in Prague on Tuesday... and the contest was Saturday.

The anticipation grew and when the time comes ... i entered in the event's place: The Roxy Club - The most incredible Club in Prague.

Arrived in the room was incredible and it was great ... all the flags hanging on the walls ... the European Contest was about to begin.

There were representatives from across Europe and from around the world (including Iceland & Australia!)

A unique atmosphere. Incredible.

They had invited as Mc of the legendary Pat Cuartero event in New York City ...

Pat made the event incredible...

-

But it was time to compete.

I personally had to pass the minutes of freestyle, always difficult ... I was worried about the lights on the stage .. super bright.

I had a routine trick when I looked at the sky, a complex trick ...

That was the reason for my exclusion ... On stage I tried to do it but lights flashed my eyes, I changed my freestyle, but I had compromised everything.

This exclusion will certainly improve my level, i think.

Another Italian stands, Lorenzo Sabatini.

The man who inspired me to improve a lot in recent years won the European title in 3A.

Italy started well ... Ends the first day of competition, with mega private party ... unbelievable.

Incredible to have the world in the same room. This is unbelievable. Talk to a Russian friend, then with a friend from New York ...

But we go to:

DAY 2 - Finals - ROXY CLUB - PRAGUE

The day of the finals beginning at about 11 am, with the finals of all styles ... waiting THE STYLE: the 1A.

Was also the time of 4A - Offstring. Lorenzo "Ciccia" Sabatini was ready to compete.

Amazing Freestyle but a lot of mistakes, unfortunately second place ...

-

Until we reached the 1A FINAL. The wait was in the air, the club full.

Freestyle at the highest level, a bit of regret ...

-

Lorenzo Sabatini was incredible, I tell him "you're in the top 3" He said, "no man there are a lot better..."

-

Vashek was amazing but with a big mistake, he change yoyo, it seemed over.

His rival for the title, the Polish Gacek, astonishing everyone with a "next level" freestyle.

Immediately after the finals there was a new competition, the 3X3 Battle.

A sort of challenge between teams, like breakdance .

The Italian team consisting of Me, Simone Capurroand Lorenzo Sabatini.

We surrendered only in final against Vashek Kroutil, the world champion Kentaro Kimura and thelegend Jason Lee ...

Sono felice, felice di avere voi, amici italiani e internazionali, che rendete questi eventi Unici. Sempre.
